One of the most exciting things ever Gagan GoswamiThe small village of 400 people called Gandhi Sagar, MP, India was the construction of Gandhi Sagar Downstream Protection Work for Dam. This gave rise to his lifelong passion for building diaphragm walls. Today, after nearly three decades in the field and international presence, he is the award-winning founder of the Ahmedabad-based company Heritage Infraspace (India) Pvt. GmbH. – a pioneer in the construction of diaphragm walls.
“Previously, there were numerous accidents due to unsafe open excavation work. My goal was to make builders aware of the benefits of diaphragm wall construction so that there would be no more accidents, which is the case now!”
Gagan was born to a school teacher and a housewife. He studied at the government school in his village and completed his civil engineering at Jaora Government Polytechnic College. His first job was with Gandhi Sagar Downstream Protection Work for Dam, followed by Cementation India Ltd., Delhi Metro, Gammon India Ltd. and Reliance.
After 17 years of experience in diaphragm wall and pile construction work, Gagan fulfilled his dream and became an entrepreneur with his company – Heritage Infraspace (India) Pvt. GmbH. in 2011. HIIPL is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company specializing in the construction of diaphragm walls without damaging the existing surrounding structures. They provide reliable care geotechnical engineering solutions for civil engineering, large-scale residential and commercial construction, dam projects, metro and subway systems.
HIIPL operates in 11 states and provides geotechnical solutions in more than 25 cities. To date, HIIPL has completed more than 300 projects. Their pioneering services include:

Gagan stands out for his honesty, ethics, values and networking skills. We always try to think of something creative that we can apply in our company that no one else has ever thought of or dared to do.
